Free 15-Minute Consultation Session for both phone and video.

Individual Session for both phone and video: $150 (HST Included).

Individual 2-hour Session for both phone and video: $300 (HST Included).

Couples Counselling 1.5 hours over the phone or video call: $200 (HST included).

Blue Cross / Manulife / Sunlife / NIHB

Blue Cross payments are made by me through their direct billing portal. We would need your Blue Cross information to register direct billing. This includes Veterans Affairs Canada clients

Manulife is through reimbursement by submitting receipts that have the therapist’s license is printed on. Receipts are emailed to each client at the end of our sessions.

Sunlife is through reimbursement by submitting receipts that have the therapist’s license printed on. Receipts are emailed to each client at the end of our sessions.

NIHB is the program for First Nations and Inuit peoples in Canada. They are billed directly following the sessions. For more information on eligibility, please visit the ‘services’ section and click the link.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment for any reason or you have not notified me of your need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your session, you will be required to pay the full amount of money for that session. If you are able to give me 24 hours notice, then there is no charge to cancel our session.

Courage to be Psychotherapy is entirely online & over the phone - there is no option for in-person therapy.
